Approved Listings normally go Live within Seventy-Two (72) Hours of Listing Approval.

• For Reserve & No-Reserve Listings: Upon Approval, Listing is scheduled for Auction and goes into Upcoming Period.
  • Make Offer is active during Upcoming Period (Buyers may Make Offer to Seller and Seller may accept such Offer at Seller discretion).
  • Make Offer is inactive during Live Auction Period.
  • Buyers may Bid on the Listing through the Incremental Bid Box or Proxy Bid Box during Live Auction Period.
  • If the Listing fails to sell during Live Auction Period, Listing will go back into Upcoming Period until the next scheduled Auction.
• For Classifieds Listings: Upon Approval, Listing goes Live immediately.
  • Buy Now is active (Buyers may buy the Listing immediately at the Buy Now Price.)
  • Make Offer is active (Buyers may Make Offer to Seller lower than Buy Now Price and Seller may accept such Offer at Seller discretion.)
• For Hybrid Listings: Upon Approval, Listing goes Live into Classifieds Period immediately and is scheduled for the next Auction.
  • Buy Now is active (Buyers may buy the Listing immediately at the Buy Now Price.)
  • Make Offer is active (Buyers may Make Offer to Seller lower than Buy Now Price and Seller may accept such Offer at Seller discretion.)
• During Live Auction Period
  • Buy Now is inactive
  • Make Offer is inactive
  • Buyers may Bid on the Listing through the Incremental Bid Box or Proxy Bid Box during Live Auction Period.
  • If Listing fails to sell during Live Auction Period, Listing will go back into Live Classifieds Period.
• Seller may adjust the Listing (pricing, text, photos, videos, etc.) during the Listing Period through Seller Dashboard (restrictions apply).

Communication Management (All Communication between Buyers & Sellers is Managed & Monitored through the EXR Platform.)

• Buyer may submit questions to Seller through the EXR Platform.
• Seller has Seventy-Two (72) Hours to respond to Buyer questions.
• Buyer may submit Offers to Seller for Listings in Classifieds through the EXR Platform.
• Buyer may submit Offers to Seller for Listings in Make Offer status through the EXR Platform.
• Seller has Seventy-Two (72) Hours to:
  • Accept Buyer Offer
  • Counter Buyer Offer
  • Decline Buyer Offer

Facilitation Services are offered by EXR to help facilitate and complete a smooth Sale/Purchase transaction between Buyer and Seller.
