• Buyer may submit questions to Seller through the EXR Platform.
• Seller has Seventy-Two (72) Hours to respond to Buyer questions.
• Buyer may submit Offers to Seller for Listings in Classifieds through the EXR Platform.
• Buyer may submit Offers to Seller for Listings in Make Offer status through the EXR Platform.
• Seller has Seventy-Two (72) Hours to:
  • Accept Buyer Offer
  • Counter Buyer Offer
  • Decline Buyer Offer
