Buyer to Provide
If Buyer desires PPI, Buyer will obtain PPI within Seven (7) days or other agreed upon time-frame, as agreed between Buyer and Seller, of notification to Buyer of Winning Bidder status.
Seller to Provide
Seller will obtain PPI within Seven (7) days or other agreed upon time-frame, as agreed between Buyer and Seller, of notification to Seller of Winning Bidder status.
Seller Attached
Seller attaches current Seller obtained PPI.
- Nationwide Inspection Service available featuring ASE Certified Inspectors
- Seller selects one of the above options during Listing creation (Buyer to Provide is the Default selection).
- PPI Reports provide Confidence, Transparency and Reassurance to potential Buyers.
- If Seller has a current PPI Report, it may be uploaded with the Listing.
- If Seller does not possess a current PPI Report, Seller may obtain a PPI through the EXR Platform.
- PPI Reports are not required but are highly Recommended to enhance the likelihood of a successful sales outcome.
- Buyer may request and Seller may agree to, an In-Person Pre-Purchase Inspection by Buyer or Buyer’s Agent of the Listing prior to consummation of the sale.
- Buyer or Buyer’s Agent completes the PPI Inspection In-Person
- Buyer shall complete In-Person PPI within Seven (7) days or other agreed upon time-frame, as agreed between Buyer and Seller, of notification to Buyer of Winning Bidder status.
