- Buyer and Seller are not required to utilize any of the Facilitation Services offered and may pick and choose between services as per their individual needs.
- EXR partners with third party providers that are professionals in the specific service provided.
- Some Facilitation Services are offered free of charge and some of the services require a fee.
- Any associated fees will be charged to the Buyer or Seller credit card on file as appropriate.
